Summary: Pros - The location is excellent. It was within a few blocks of the beach and several restaurants. The bedrooms were set up perfect for 6 girlfriends so that btw 2 of us we had a separate bedroom and bath. There was a nice outdoor table under the deck and in the shade with chairs where we hung out a lot. Beach towels were provided. The boat dock was a cool addition . My son was able to pull his boat up and pick us up for a boat ride. Please note that the dock is difficult to access during low tide. The corn hole and pool floaties were fun additions.Cons - The house does not appear to be well maintained/clean. Examples: The upstairs outdoor furniture webbing was cracked and unusable. The cushions on the furniture around the pool were faded and well worn. The deck around the pool had grass growing btw the bricks. The pool was full of old leaves sunk to the bottom. The trash drawer area was covered with food droppings. The dishwasher was full of food. The master bedroom sink would not drain. The towels had a terrible smell and the bathrobes were dirty. One of the bath towels was full of holes. The pool area had a bunch of old, used floaties laying on the side yard. The check in code did not work and the contact was initially unresponsive. Fortunately, the backdoor was open, and we were able to get access. The manager did respond on day 1 and sent a maintenance guy that accommodated our schedule.
